Quality Policy
Our Quality Department has introduced a quality system according to the requirements of UNE-EN ISO 9001:2008 “Quality Management Systems. Requirements”, and UNE-EN ISO 9000:2005 “Quality Management Systems. Fundamentals and Vocabulary”.
We are certified since 2002 and we have made our own quality management system for the following activities:
- Manufacturing of microirrigation pipes.
- Manufacturing of water pressure pipes.
- Manufacturing of modular irrigation system for sprinkling irrigation.
- Manufacturing of microirrigation systems.
- Manufacturing and design of filtration equipments for irrigation and industrial use.
- Manufacturing of geothermal systems.
- Sale and marketing of filtration, microirrigation and pipe fittings.
These activities are carried out in our production plants located in Ctra Toledo-Alcazar Km 64, and Polígono industrial San Sebastian, C/ La industria, 11. 45710 at Madridejos (Toledo).
Our mission and main objective is to fully satisfy our customers and the compliance of the pertinent legal requirements. This way, our quality policy is based on a continuous improvement of our productive capacity, our services, and a constant concern for offering them always reliable and practical solutions.
This objetive is possible thanks to a organizational culture developed during our large experience in the market in which all the employees are aware of the importance of the customer and get involved in the progress, continuity and profitability of SALEPLAS, S.L.
Our quality system enables us to offer the best quality in our products and services thanks to the performance of the following targets: • Management of the quality of the services offered according to the International Norm ISO 9001 (2008). • Performance or our customer's requirements in order to strengthen the confidence in SALEPLAS, S.L. • Awareness of the products most demanded. • Efficient and even assignment of functions and responsibilities. • Continuous improvement of the customer service department. • Efficient and even assignment of functions and responsibilities. • Motivation to our staff about the importance of implementing and developing a quality system to achieve the goals proposed.
For tahat purpose we establish not only quantifiable objectives, but also documentary. Once a year, our management holds a meeting with all the employees to verify the performance of these objectives and to propose new ones fot the next year. The head of the Quality Department has the obligation of spreading the qulity policy and new targets among all the employees and make sure that everybody knows the duties related to their job.
