After 20 years of experience, SALEPLAS S.L. has developed a line of filtration systems which includes highly discs and frame filters, very resistant to chemical agents, easy to clean and adaptable to different work conditions.

	Manual Filters    Our manual filters made out of plastic satisfy all the filtering needs demanded by the customer. They are easy to install and exceptionally durable. Filtering element: disc of frame. * CYCLONE EFFECT system available.
	Automatic Filters    SALEPLAS's automatic filters reduce the water consumption and maintenance work. Their effectiveness increases due to their automatic backflush system. Resistant to chemical agents, they are supplied fully assembled and equipped, so that no further handling is required. Filtering element: disc of frame * CYCLONE EFFECT system available.

    Filtration Equipments with Automatic Backflush  

Nowadays, the use of waste and low quality waters demands the election of appropriate filtration equipments. SALEPLAS offers its filtration equipments with automatic backflush, especially designed to save space. They work with grooved pastic discs which increase the filtering surface and consequently reduce the saturation. Thanks to a system consisting of pressure jets with helicoidal effect and the cyclone effect, the particles are quickly moved away form the discs, reducing the maintenance and cleaning frequency.

   Manual Cleaning Filtration Equipments   

Our manual cleaning equipments are adaptable to any kind of installation, dimensions, connections and specific requirements. They are manufactured with PE100 high density polyethylene manifolds, very resistant to chemical agents, UV radiation, etc... Their filtering elements are polypropylene discs or a stainless steel double frame. We can manufacture standard models or special ones with cyclone effect and automatic discharge of sand. Water is never in touch with the metallic parts. Designed for a quick installation and minimal maintenance.

Filtration Grade From 200 micron (75 mesh) up to 20 micron (600 mesh): - 200 micron (75 mesh) - 130 micron (120 mesh) - 100 micron (150 mesh) -  50 micron (250 mesh) -  20 micron (600 mesh)

Cyclone Effect The cyclone effect system substantially reduces the cleaning frequency, increasing at the same time the savings in water and manpower. the little angles in the filter base create a cyclone effect, throwing the particles to the outer part of the filtering element.
